It’s true. No God on the top twitter topic! I am very amused. One would hope that God would see this coming and do something about it. Since he is not doing anything about it, perhaps we should instead resort to the scientific explanation that “No God” became the top twitter topic because Monotheists are peeved and keep writing things like:
AJK92 no god….NO GOD.. you disgust me you non believers! to hell with all of you
heyabbi RT @ShaileneDW: No God being a TT officially pisses me off. There is a God in the world.
neishamfbaby Fuck everybody who is saying there is No God I hope yall catch a one way plane to hell. #lovegod

At least one soul gets the irony, though:
rachelallison No God is a trending topic on twitter. now i’m questioning my faith in 140 characters or less.

*sniff*
It was funny while it lasted!
Now “Know God” has been combined with “No God”, yet “Know God” appears in the twitter list. Oh well, now it’s the theists turn to gloat, I guess.
Sadly, some of them will probably think this means that their particular God (Yahweh or Allah in particular) triumphs in the end.
Oh well, it’s just the interwebs. Gotta love a good feedback loop!
Interesting, also interesting that those who commented on that site were all illiterate and don’t know how to write in English. Maybe that’s why they all are so deceived?
Some of the misspelling is intentional because Twitter has a 140 character limit on “tweets”, so often people shorten their words so they can fit more in.
But, despite that, I saw a lot of short tweets by Christians containing misspellings. I’m surprised some of them remembered how to spell “fuck” with how some of them appeared to be seeing red.
lol
Oh well, all in good fun!
When I clicked on No God on twitter yesterday the top comment was something to the effect of, “If that is what twitter has come to, I’m done and closing my account.” And sure enough when you clicked on her username there was no account there! Wonder if twitter had too many of them before combining the terms…
